We're working with 6 plate warmers from Caterer's Friend and are completely satisfied. We're especially happy with their great flexibility. At our buffets we use them to pre-heat the plates and soup bowls for our guests. For our table service we use the plate warmers to pre-heat the dishware for soups, sauces, and spreads.
